Stayed for a day for a Business meeting. Went to Harki paudi on a very busy weekend. Hotel staff were very helpful and suggested the shortest way to reach the ghat in the evening. Seen Ganga aarti. Food tastes awesome. The staff were very helpful.
I booked a room for three days and I think tha room was not so much good according to rent. Room size is small but good things that it is very clean and toilet also clean. room service is also good and it has free gym accessories which make it better.
Restaurant decoration is so good. staff behaviour is good and also food quality and test is mind-blowing. I love to visit mor.

Location of this hotel is good, hygienic, staff is very polite and professional, rooms are good but not much spacious, washroom in rooms are very congested. Overall hotel is okay. Food is good there.

It was our First experience (Me & my Husband) at trying Hyphen Hotels at Haridwar. We had already stayed at the Dehradun Hyphen location last year. We simply loved everything about this place. The Staff is very courteous and very understanding. Rooms are clean and Washrooms are spacious. The rooms have a work desk for those working even on Vacations. Food was absolutely amazing. Everything they make comes in great quantity and even greater Quality. Their Breakfast Buffet spread was amazing. They have so much to offer. The Hotel is located within the Mall so you can also step out and shop. I recommend this place without a doubt. Definitely going to have regular stays here.
hotel hyphen grand is a good business class hotel. it is just beside pentagon mall. i have stayed there for 6.12.21 to 8.12.21 in room no. 522. room is good. stay is good. food is good. i recommend this hotel to others who are coming to sidcul belt for business purpose. people who are coming for tour - better to stay in haridwar because har ki pauri is 14 - 15 kn away & communication is poor. transport after 8:30 pm can be a challenge. thanks; avik ghosal
Came here at the restaurant today wd family ... And I must say they gave us an experience of not a 3 star hotel but of a grade 3 dhabha.. with a party goin on in the bar area and a loud music with all sharabi songs ...
It was a horrible experience and wd not recommended anyone .
It became very difficult to sit there with family and kids ..
Sounds of whistling shouting were very much audible in the dining area ..
