I got the privilege to stay here for 15 days. The staff is very friendly, the food is amazing. The ambience is also amazing. The location is also perfect, there are so many amazing cafes to explore nearby. I did not face any inconvenience while staying here, the staff was very helpful and eager to provide help for all my needs. The food was also great. Breakfast being my favourite meal of the day. Had a great time staying here!

Luxurious and one of the best hotel I should say..... I recommend people those who are looking for the best and luxurious properties to stay in Pune... The staff are very polite and friendly.... Few names I remember is Vaishnavi and Kriti(Front Office)..... They were very friendly, helpful and interactive and gives a warmth welcome...... The bath tub did not have curtains and water was spilling all over .the toilet was not having a door. two separate beds were not comfortable. There was no hand shower.

First of all a big WOW, to the super elegant Hyatt. This is the place that exemplifies quality extraordinaire! Either the time spent sipping the morning tea or splashing water in the swimming pool is an amazing experience I would cherish for years to come. The warmth with which the staff service is heartwarming and leaves you with a majestic feel.

I've stayed at this Hyatt Regency a few times over the past five years, and the quality of service is definitely lessening over time. In my last stay, we arrived late and told them ahead of time (and we were using hotel transport). They did not have our rooms available and said they were being cleaned, in the middle of the night. They continued to be dishonest about the time it would take to get our rooms, which were not available until 4 am. Additionally the walls are fairly thin, which has always been my experience there. I don't personally mind it, but just a warning to those staying. It's simply not as clean and organized as it use to be, which might be a product of the pandemic.
