HP World - Computer store in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

Very poor experience. Giving Rs 45000 laptop to them but asked for depositing cost Rs 2500 in advance for keyboard change. Faced such experience for first time. Later, I got original HP keyboard change in Rs 1400 from other service centre. Worst experience. Only location advantage. Will never go there.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are highly supportive and give suggestions based on our needs and requirements of the laptop. Would recommend the store to others if you are looking to buy a HP Laptop.

My sister went to the HP service provider to check her Chromebook, which wouldn't start. The provider asked her to pay 500 RS just for inspection, which she reluctantly paid. They promised to diagnose the issue and let her know. After a day passed, they didn't contact her, so she called and asked what was wrong with the laptop. They didn't know the actual issue as they hadn't diagnosed it yet and directly demanded 10000 rs for a battery, which costs under 2000 rs Only. I would like to ask HP to maintain their brand reputation and not partner with such people who misguide customers and lack computer skills. I advise avoiding this service provider at all costs as they are incapable of resolving issues or providing any help.

Fake offers, no discount, on call they told me laptop price less but when i went and purchased they charged me high. After a research of 1 month my suggestion is to visit other HP centers as well just for better advice and buy laptops on HP authorized website, Amazon or FLIPKART.. Not from this center. I have been charged 1500 extra in my 6 months EMI even they showed the less EMI on their mobile screen at the time of Card swapping.... Worst experience. They sell products at very high cost. Never ever buy from them. The staff here is very rude. I am shocked even after so many complaints in review no action is taken by hp. They provide wrong fake products. The staff here needs to learn manners first , they lack basic manners. The good reviews here are fake for sure.

Don't even think of buying a product from here if you are thinking of it. No matter how many files are kept with them for sale, this is the type of problem that a customer has purchased online. To me you told me all this happened. They don't know how to talk to their staff at all, they talk in a very useless manner, I found the experience here very bad.

No discount received, Staff provided all wrong information about laptops. very rude behaviour from owner and staff. My suggestion is to buy laptop from HP authorized website or flipkart Amazon.
