This is a bad computer repair shop. These people get the work done by third parties and keep the commission for themselves. Only one key was not working on my laptop. I went to the shop to get it fixed, but later, they ruined my entire laptop. They changed many parts of my laptop (which didn't need to be changed because all those parts were working) and raised a huge bill. They made me visit the shop for 12 days to get my laptop fixed. I told this to the shop owner, but he behaved rudely with me and misbehaved with me. Don't go to this shop; otherwise, you will lose your money, and your laptop will be completely damaged, which will not be repaired later.

Unprofessional Service - Inaccurate Diagnosis and Dismissive Attitude I had a terrible experience with bootcom. They provided me with unprofessional service and an inaccurate diagnosis, leaving me deeply dissatisfied. I brought my system in for display issues, hoping for expert assistance and reliable repairs. During the diagnostic process, they showed a lack of attention to detail. Instead of identifying the actual cause of the display problem, they claimed my system had multiple issues, including a faulty power supply, shorted RAM, and the need for a BIOS update. What shocked me the most was their insistence that my system only had 2GB of RAM when it was actually equipped with 8GB. This displayed a clear lack of knowledge and attention to the details I provided. When I confronted them about their inaccurate diagnosis and the RAM discrepancy, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. They refused to acknowledge their mistake or provide a reasonable explanation. As a customer, I expect transparency, honesty, and genuine efforts to resolve the issues I bring to a service provider.

Pathetic Shop. Giving away fake bills. Never buy from this store and those who have bought from this store kindly get a genuine bill with serial number of the product. Pathetic experience and False promises. Even One star is big for them.

I had a two-year-old laptop worth Rs 1 lakh. I took it to 'Bootcom Systems' shop for repairs, but they completely ruined it. Now, no other shop is able to repair the laptop. The behavior of the shop owner is very bad; he lacks manners when speaking.

not genuine parts, pc overheats a lot more than what it should, overpriced, employess don't have appropriate knowledge about pc building. All my money has gone to waste because i decided to shop at bootcom. The placement of fans in my pc is so wrong

Teusworthy Friendly staff, well experienced, repaired my motherboard in two days for Asus TUF a15.

After sales service is worst in bootcom I just personally experienced that. Never ever take your laptop there for any kind of service repairing. Unfortunately there is no option of 0 star

Owner is too arrogant for a middle class...he will always ask what do you do and if it's a middle class answer he will treat u as per u ..if say I am having 10L type transactions...then you see...he can be fooled ...and I pray to God that he will get ....
