Called them today for a Warranty related service issue after having spent 4 days with their pathetic call centre. Important work held up but no empathy or sense of urgency from HP customer care. Phone ring constantly in the background when call is on. HP World Perungudi flatly told me they don't handle Warranty. Really disappointed

Visited the store twice today morning at 11 and 11:30 am and it was closed... no one picked the call.. later they say it's shutter issue hence it's closed... can't really believe this excuse...I wasted my time unnecessarily today in hot weather...
