HP Exclusive Store Thiruvalla - Computer store in Thiruvalla - Pathanamthitta, India

Recently did a purchase with the store and am really happy about the whole experience. The staff were really helpful. They updated on each step and was very responsible and respectful. From initial enquiry to the product delivery, the service deserves a five star.

I had an issue with one of the products I ordered and had to return it. The team dealt it very professionally and refunded me the complete amount. Kudos to the entire team Great customer service and well explanation of the concerns and issues!

I Bought an Omen 16 from here. Friendly, attentive and polite behaviour of staffs with Remarkable service .Highly professional attitude and informative about the products they sell even if it is not mentioned on Official sites.They thoroughly check the laptop before delivery and even their a minute problem the replace the product on spot especially limshad.He gave a nice deal which was not given in other stores nearby even lower price than online .Highly recommend even if you care about after sales services too..

I brought a HP All-in-One Desktop PC 22-dd2686in, i got the pc for a lowers price than the online stores. Also the sales representative have a good knowledge and give suggestions according to our needs and wants for selecting a computer. Also customer friendly

I have a very bad experience with this store. The Staff/ Franchisee has good attitude but the laptop that I gave for service was completely destroyed after their service. Apologies that it's a delayed review as the service was done almost six months ago. However my keypad was changed which didn't work and I had to give it back. Then again after changed to a new one it's started flickering. Almost took a month to get it fixed and the problem still persist. This store is a bad name for HP service and the company should train the staff for better quality of technical support and troubleshooting. Just sharing my experience for a better service next time
