This houseboat is in a very good location at a calm and peaceful spot. It is close to most of the "go to" spots in Srinagar. The houseboat itself is very comfortable and incredible clean. The rooms are big and include everything that is necessary. The lounge area gives you relaxation in a nice atmosphere. The food is amazing and I got accommodated for my special dietary needs. The host and the owner of the boat is really cool and I am sure he will fulfil every need one has. Overall I spent the best time of my visit here at this boat for sure. Thank You for making it such a memorable stay!
This houseboat was prefect for my lazy travel days in Srinagar. The interior of the main lounging area made me feel like a child of the 70s, in a good way for sure! Owner is very knowledgeable of the area and helpful with planning day activities and trekking. Good food, clean, cumfy... Highly recommend!!
I stayed for one week in Srinagar and enjoyed my stay at Romeo houseboat. The food there is is really good. The owner can also arrange hikes to the mountains and fishing trips. Keep enough money in your pocket, since Kashmere is not cheap! Thank you for the great time man!

I really loved this place. I had a magical experience in this boat. Is in a perfect location in the river close to the center. The owner is very kind and caring. I had brilliant and deep conversations in the sunset close to the water. Amazing food. Such a peacefull time. I really enjoyed it. Hope will back again.
I meant to stay in Srinagar just one day, but because I found Romeo's houseboat I end up staying much longer. The houseboat is amazing, peaceful, clean, with a great living room where to share with other travellers and the owner, Younis. He is an incredible guy, who will introduce you to Kashimir culture and history, and who will do his best to help you. Nice food and beautiful family who will let you feel like at home.
