I would like to go to this hotel again, the staff here is very good, their behavior is very good I visited here with my family in March this year and my whole family is very happy. I want to give special thanks to the chef who has fed us such tasty food.Not even for once did it feel like we were in a hotel, it felt like we were in our own home. Thank you to all the staff members It was nice to spend a few days with all of you, hope to go again

This is the worst hostel I have ever stayed in, wheather i talk about staff, food or surrounding. They have no idea what hospitality means, no idea about their own menu i tried to order hot & sour soup & believe me one who was taking the order didnt get it for good 10 mins he had no idea what i am ordering, these guys will force you to pay onspot for anything you order even if it is water bottle they will not add these in bills, there is a room they consider Restaurant and believe me it stinks more then used toilet and they have no electricity backup if electricity shuts u are in dark for good 30 mins All i can say if you are use to stay in dirty places this hotel is heaven And If you r use to stay in nice hotel dont even think about this hotel

I stayed for three days last week along with my family members. It is a nice experience as rooms are well maintained, clean and hotel staff showed decent treatment. Afterall,the rooms are affordable. I booked the rooms through one of my relatives namely Naresh sharma

Room are ok but food quality very poor and costly third grade buffet system rude kitchen staff costly and poor food. The day of check out e didn't get water supply we had to check out without bath...horrible

Absolutely pathetic rooms and people who managed this property. If there was an option for negative star I would love to give it to them.

This is an affordable hotel and is located behind the dal lake, area is known as shikara and offers nearby convenience to the lake. The boat rides are easily accessible from here. The shop outside the premises of the hotel, Ajaz, also offers boat rides at 1000!rs per individual and there's photographer's shop on the right side. They will take your photos in the kashimiri outfit during the boat ride. Try to take digital copies only as they will cost you less. The hotel offers affordable food and drink items, you can order from your room my dialling 333. They also have a cafeteria for dining purposes. The rooms are well maintained and they also offer laundry services.

Good rooms at reasonable price and in good location
