Hotel Woodland Park - Hotel in Agartala - West Tripura, India

Good hotel. Very much livable. Room lights, LED bulbs are a little bit too dim. Can increase the brightness for senior citizens - elevate mood. Difficult to read fine letters.

I recently went to Hotel Woodland Park in Agartala for a conference and had a pleasant experience overall. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. The ambiance of the hotel was cozy and inviting, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and with a friendly attitude. However, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. I noticed some minor issues with the interior furniture, which appeared slightly worn or outdated. Additionally, there was a broken glass table top in one of the common areas, which could be hazardous if not addressed promptly. Despite these small concerns, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Hotel Woodland Park. The positives, such as the fantastic food, welcoming ambiance, and attentive service, outweighed the minor drawbacks. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others and would consider staying here again in the future.

I recently went there and I stayed there for two nights . The staffs were so much good and friendly, they have done everything to meet my satisfaction . But the rooms were not so much well cleaned and the furniture was tourned out but overall it was a good for me . the main thing I didn't liked about it was the breakfast , in the breakfast there were less variety of food so i would prefer to please increase the variety of foods. the charges are very much high for such a small room there's no swimming pool nor any gym or any kind of extra necessities so I wouldr Recommend to please work in this things . Although my 2night stay was good and upto my satisfaction

On the 9th I wanted to book a room at about 5pm. The receptionist who answered the phone informed that the booking can be done only thru online. I have to submit identification proof and email ID thru WhatsApp and he will forward a number on which I have to pay through upi. After ten minutes he called me up to inform that since I have not yet submitted what he has instructed not bother with booking in his hotel anymore. He was extremely rude. This type of behavior is not expected from such a hotel.

They are totaly FRAUD,I have recently booked a room,through googlepay,but they are telling that Rs18550 is needed in my account to get the bill,i askd them to cancel and refund my money, but they told,they will not refund,they use abusive words,slang languages,and told many things. Mandip Singh is the culprit.I need justice

Very good hotel, service is amazing, average restaurant and menu items are a bit overpriced i can say, Excellent and comfortable rooms, worth the price. Recommend to stay if you live in agartala.

Overall room was clean and nice. But their service was really bad. We were served stale food the first day we arrived at the hotel, but they did not bother to inspect and change the dish. We booked 2 rooms for 6 guest, but all the time they only offered us 5 plates to have our dinner, after calling to the reception multiple times, they did not bother to send someone for extra plates when the food was getting cold. They had tea bags and sugar in the room, but when it gets over they refuse to refill those even though we booked 2 rooms and we have tea jointly. Even while checking out, their service was very slow to generate the final bill so we can check out early. Overall, very pathetic service for such a nice hotel.

As compared to other popular hotels of Agartala,they are bit off located and rooms are not that great.
