Hotel Whitestone Residency - Hotel in Jalandhar - Jalandhar, India

Pathetic Experiance I have ever had, when I visited hotel they show me room no. 301 & when I go for check in they told me that room is occupied & provided keys for room no. 201,room was very smelly, cockretches are there, at night I slept with without AC & even fan due to lack of proper backend support of generator

The room are good but they have to improve and the locality is also good

Room are good but rates are higher on this type of rooms

Very bad serrvicee ,food was disgusting and spoiledd

So we stay there for 4 nights and the ambience and the staff was really helpful and had a good hospitality. we did had a little baby with us and they were really helpful about the eatables for baby. Must visit Manali and should stay in the white stone resort. I would highly recommend this place. To add on our rooms got cleaned everyday and they helped us in our luggage tranfer as well. Over all 10/10.

experience was okay. room service was quite good and staff was very co-operative but was little bit lack in cleaning. overall it was good experience.

We were having a family birthday party and we ordered veg food as we are very close to our religion and we never ever ate chicken ever and we ordered panner butter masala and they served us chicken butter masala even when after our family old aged members ate it by mistake as they didn't got to know that it is non veg we asked waiter he was not accepting that its non veg very worst experience ever
