Hotel Rooms are smelly, doesn't provide brush, toothpaste, landline mobile weren't working properly. So many lights were fuse out and not working. Room Service okay. Manager was helpful for parking. Bottle water isn't provided as compliment. Need to use can water. Please use this hotel if you can't find any proper good hotel.
Normal rooms. Bit small washrooms. Electric fluctuation is there. No mobile networks are available. So we used hotel wifi. Staffs are friendly. It's located in the centre of the city.
Guys be cautious while booking this hotel in rainy season I gave advance ( day before staying)and the next day road got blocked and we couldn't reach the hotel full of water and not able to go into that road.. He shouting at me saying that it's your problem , you didn't came to the hotel on time.. But the hotel was nice., I am not complaining about the hotel.. Just informing that be care full while booking this types of hotels in rainy season..
We booked on Makemytrip app. Even Makemytrip showing unmarried couples allowed with local id proof. Then also male Receptionist not accepting. And telling us to not book on Makemytrip. Book from our personal website. Fraud people asked extra money.
Bathroom facilities were not good. The toilet seat was broken, Old shower head, slow water, no hot water. The bedsheets were very old, used and would get easily torn. Besides that, it is in a prime location and is easily accessible by railway station and metro.
Good Behaviour on staff, Also all basic information and rules explain before check in. This is under the budget, both Chennai railway and bus stand are near, Also Marina Drive near to 4-5 km only. All the best
It is okm. Mr Karthik is very kind enough. First day of my stay was bad and the room is very small. There is no moving space . Full rain water is coming from the wall and night full sound of motor . No sleep at all on Sunday . Night. Requested Shiva to change the room and it was ok. In total except first day ithe days r ok. Please see room no i think g1. Pl see . Rain full of water .
