Hotel Welcome Palace - Hotel in Agartala - West Tripura, India

Room service poor. Toilet / washroom was poor, old everything. The internet service WiFi user id / password required every 4-5hours. It's bothering to use uninterrupted use.

Their service isn't good right now. Today we had a workshop in their conference Hall, lunch was included there. The organizers paid a big amount for the event. 1st problem central AC was running but nobody felt it. 2nd there was buffet option in lunch. But not all the items were available till the end. Food quality was also medium. 3rd problem was mobile internet doesn't work properly in their property, but they refused to provide the Wi-Fi password.

I stayed in this hotel 6 days.Everythings was ok but the manager of house keeping is very rough.He don't know how to behave with customers.There is lots of defective in the room.No hot water for bath AC is defective,All the bathroom aminities was defective but still we are adjusting with all the defects .But one good thing of this hotel food.Thr restrunant is excellent and all the staff of the restrunant is very polite.

Rooms are ok as per price. I will give 3.5 to 4 stars for the rooms. The food is really good and the service as well.

I used to stay in this hotel more than last 5 yrs during my official tour, but now I must say that service become pathatic, all the time total reddish water comes from water tap. You can't take bath with that water. Quality of food detoriated. I got very unhealthy half cooked chiken. No variety of item in breakfast , main item is always puri sabji. They don't offer any option as alternate. I took 2 boiled egg, both was rotten egg. Most shocking thing is they serve Mazza as juice. I will not recommend to stay now. Now a days many new and much better hotels are available at the same range.

This is Excellent manegement into the hotel.I have spacial recommendation to all travellers, please staying into the hotel & enjoy their night Band music with cocktail Denner on resturant. It's an amazing. Beautiful room with service. Amazing food quality & quantity.Amazing supporting service & their behaviours. Nice location. It's my one of the memorable staying here Thanks to all hotel staff and their manegement. It's amazing enjoying here to spending time with amazing Dinner with Music. Fully satisfie & safe staying to all family travellers.

One of the best hotel in pocket friendly budget good food but need more cleanliness... otherwise you can visit.. having issues in parking

Very bad hotel & Service I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, Rooms are dirty, stuff is very casual, they have breakfast time of 8AM morning so if you have a early morning check out then you will not going to get food. Overy 0 out of 0 reting. Don't come here please to stay
