Rude behaviour of staff and even owner is arrogant. Rooms with a layer of dust on floor. Np proper lighting in corridors I won't suggest anyone to book a room here.. Pathetic

The rooms are excellent. It is near Calangute Market so easy accessibility to food. The service is excellent.

Worst experience we had. The owner is so rude. He doesn't have the basic etiquette to respect the aged people. Worst hotel in goa.

The owner of the hotel is keeping caretaker staff of 3 people amongst 25 rooms,in this way good services r not available, owner's behavior is also not good. Our rooms AC was on 22 degrees from 22nd February & at night we were shivering wth cold,we complained but till our stay up to 26th February it was not repaired.

Dont Go on overall rating kindly read reviews.... This worst hotel i ever visited in my life. Owner was so rude person. He dont care about guest. They dont even have proper matress in rooms. I was there for 2 days, they didnt came for cleaning in these 2 days. Most importantly I got late for hour for checkout and they charge me 2 hundred for that. it was pathetic. owner and his staff needs to learn about hospitality and also should have manners to behave with guest. Big NO for this hotel. Instead of this go to primo bom resort which is exactly opposite to this. its great hotel and best service with almost same pay. you just need to do pre booking

Pathetic service! They don't offer you anything in your rooms, not even a bottle of drinking water. A shampoo packet can be found lying around somewhere in the bathroom. The pics shown on websites are complete lies - the rooms are worse than a hostel room, walls peeling off due to moisture. The beds are likely to break down if a person weighing more than 70 kg attempts to sit on it, let alone sleep. And the worst part is, they will charge you an exorbitant amount if you are late for checkout, even if it's a valid reason. Zero sense of customer service, goes to show why Bengali businesses don't succeed outside their comfort zones. I am a Bengali myself and I am extremely ashamed of the way these people treat other customers. Harrassed my wife by calling every 2 minutes and threatened to take away the luggage if we didn't check out. The guy at the reception said he wants us to check out to clean the room for the next customer, which is a lie since there was no other customer waiting outside. Besides, they only clean the room 5 minutes before you check in anyway. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, FOR GOD'S SAKE! There are PGs which offer better services than this! Absolute nightmare!

Absolutely loved living here! It's a good value for money hotel with clean rooms equipped with all the basic facilities. Very helpful staff and owner; gives genuine advice about places to visit! The location is great just a 2 min walk from the bustling Tito's lane and Baga beach. Would definitely love to have a minifridge and better TVs. All in all, a chill place to live for friends and family.

It was very bad experience i will never visit again also never recommend my friend's & family that guy is very rood who's sitting there staff was gud they don't have any facilities available they charged lots of money for a single room they didn't provide not a single water bottle also for chech out also they said you can't take more then 10 minutes also they charge for laggage a half n hour to 15-20 minutes also no buddy doing this. very unprofessional behavior by that guy
