I'm staying in this hotel approx 3 month, all staff and owner behaviour is good, room cleaning everyday, so you can book room in hotel, also location is good in dibrugarh,also well in budget
Rooms are normal, hygiene...it's all about Reasonable rate so it's ok . Don't think so much about high expectations at this rate.
Cost effecient for staying ,if went for a working purpose its good, not suitable for with family staying.cost is less 1 bed cost non ac 660 and double at 900/- acc atarting from 1120/- rs single.
Worst place to stay in dibrugarh.....no facilities...room is not at all good for stay...you can get good stay at lower price in flagship brahmaputra Oyo room....which is far better

This is one of worst hotel service i have ever stayed and witness. The manager doesn't know how to talk he behave childish rude his behaviour is worst and the hotel staff is a bunch of scammers they will take extra charge and will try to scam you. The rooms are dirty their bedsheet are filled with stains i don't wana remember what stains were they. Please stay away from this hotel its full of Jerks and dirty like a toilet
Unprofessional. The hotel staff engaged in sexual activities in an unlocked room. One sweeper asked me whether I was a top. Very dirty and full of gutkha in the mouth.
I don't recommend to saty here.. manager is not friendly at all. Very rude.. no fooding service inside.. they say that they have kitchen but bring fod from outside and charge doubles from the customers.. moreover check-in timing is not good.. either 12 noon or 24 hours.. means if check in at early morning around 4 or 5 am then you have to check out at same time.. but if you check-in after 12pm then this 24 hour system doesn't apply you habe check out at 12..

Hotel is located on 3rd floor and in proper town. Mostly everything is available nearby. River Brahmaputra is just 10mins walking distance from the hotel. Overall experience is good.
