Average hotel for simple stay. 1. The location of hotel in very good.. Easy access to all places of the city 2. Free parking facility is good 3. Look of hotel from outside is good but interior needs lots of improvement. Its like old age site with many damages. 4. Smooth check-in and check-out. Friendly reception 5. Very bad service - need to ask n wait even for water 6. No free room WiFi at the room only available at lobby. No complimentary breakfast. Overall the experience was below average and not a value for money. I paid around 2200/- per night.

These guys are total fraud, last time we booked a normal room and when we reached the hotel they said that only suit room available and at that early morning I had no chance but to take that room and this time we enquired for a normal non AC room, they said 1000 in the morning and they called me again in the evening and telling me that room cost is 1800, how in the world the price can change in one day. pls ppl avoid them

We had a great stay at Bay Stays! The room was clean, had a cute design, and was affordable with a fantastic location. Our host, Vignesh was very helpful. However, I do have a concern about the towels we used as they left a white cast on our clothes.
