Staffs are friendly. But quality of rooms are very pathetic, for paid cost. Even budgeted hotel are better compared to this. Very high cost, but worthless rooms, cockroach found, heavy smell even they done room spraying. Don't believe the photograph which they uploaded in Google and their website. Don't waste your money for choosing accommodation here.
One of the worst experience. Can't be said as a three star hotel. Someone needs to check on their three star ratings. Rooms are like dungeons. They have kept the hotel like it was built during the Victoria Queen era. Worthless for staying more than half a day. Reception people are just there and don't respond to anything professionally. They'll change the rooms only after you forcefully request to them. Never before have I experienced such a bad stay.
One of the good hotels in this area. Visited with my wife two days back. 24 hours check in - check out. Took a double room Ac room (Rs. 4200/-) tariff. The Room was good but looked old. Complimentary breakfast was available and it was also good. Overall a good place to stay. Recommended..
Unfortunately AC did not work. Rooms were not cleaned. It was full of dust. The entrance, waiting lounge and lift was gud. But the rooms werent.. Economical, food was average, location was very comfortable for catching trains.

Overall experience is bad!! Service is bad . So many complains in the room! There are insects in the room . Bathroom door Wong close , TV doesn't work and I've been complaining from the time I checked in , they won't change rooms. The extra bed we wanted was not given after almost 4 to 5 reminders . Too pricey for what they do here!!
Very nice location,walkable distance from Egmore station horrible food,terrible prices for this kind of place and location. We're served stale salads,initially refused to serve saying that what they served was fresh after argument got another.Order taker was a Bengali was rude.had cockraches on the table.Service sloppy even though there were only 3 tables.People were having a look at the me u and leaving.Prices do not match the service. Then we had non veg thali and veg thali in their restaurant which looks like a mess room rather than a restaurant. were served cold and stale beetroot poriyal ,informed the staff, staff busy chatting ,no apologies no replacement .Only gravies no pieces served.
