Hotel Vega - Hotel in Jabalpur - Jabalpur, India

There was a deep resistance from hotel staff when I entered the hotel and told them that I have pre booked my room through OYO and asked me to pay the amount again through my personal credit card.... When enquired, the manager told me that there's a boycott against OYO in whole city and the online booking is not accepted... Waited at the reception for 30 mins and finally got the room.... The room was small, washrooms were not clean and the breakfast was a nightmare with no options.

In my all time travel history worst hotel ever i stays. Entrance and restaurant ambiance was quite impressive but in other hand they have dirty rooms with dirty tolilets not proper sanitized rooms. I used oyo for booking but the images was not exact what show on the app. Ac is not working proper,room service is not available. They dont have enough staff only single person is manage all the services. Overall worst experience with this hotel.

Room was decent clean and staff were also cooperative ..but few things require improvement such as cooling of ac , mosquito repellent and one dustbin inside the room... Although it was good staying at hotel vega

Such a bad service i have never been expected. Such a pathetic hotel cheap quality service,Yesterday i have done a booking through oyo amount has been successfully paid but they denied to give me check in Staff was very rude really i am. Going to complain in a very strict manner.

Worst hotel. Zero star. I booked Deluxe Room through OYO, when i went to hotel they asked me to go some nearby place which is also their hotel. After seeing this i asked that allot me the room in the same hotel which is showing in OYO site, they told me there is no room available here, but actually there was. Then he asked me that we only have available at this (another) place. After 8 o'clock where should i find some another place to stay. So dear OYO if u are unable to provide room as per booking, then why the hell you are doing this business and making people fool. This is the second time in a single day I disappointed by OYO. I have just uninstalled the OYO app. Zero star to OYO

Staff are well trained positive ambience. Rooms are pretty decent size provided with ready to make coffee stuffs. Room service is good. 2 conference room

As far as restaurant is concerned, very poor quality of food and very delayed service. Intially good experience, but last two occasions in last five months had very bad experience. Check out twice before eating as non veg was served as a vegetarian food in party.

Nice hotel with good amenities, very new hotel in city. Value for the money but food taste is not up to the mark
