Comfortable and budget and with all the needs like AC, geyser,wifi, LED TV, an lift facility available and best thing is safe parking availability. Comfortable bed and has two chairs and a small table Staff is friendly and cooperative. And very near to railway station , bus stand, and shopping malls. Complementary tiffin is also available. Suite rooms also available. A banquet hall is also available at ground floor.

At the time of check out Staff are asking for mobile to give review. The one who not aware about it will give mobile to staff and they give 5 star rating so all review is not dependable. Average cleanning in room. Can stay here if you have not much option. Rest all Ok not a bad hotel.

The place is right at the center of the town beside the railway station, a few metres walk from the station. A very neatly maintained place and good service provided by the management. Only problem is that cash needs to be paid in advance even for water bottles which seemed to be an irritating experience. Otherwise 5 stars in all other areas.

Very good hotel , just walkble from railway station at a very reasonable price. There is a mess just next to the hotel and the shopping area is also very nearby. Which is walkable distance. Even we can hear the railway anouncemwnts from the room.even there is a function hall in the ground floor .

Hotel is located near Khammam Railwaystation .It's walkable from platform no 1 .This is a newly constructed hotel, good bathroom, big bathroom with mirror, neat room with TV ,AC ,Wi-Fi, Water heater and lift . In the room there is tea table with 2 comfortable chair . The tariff is Non AC room - 800 inclusive of Tax. AC delex Room - 1200 + GST, Suite Room - 2200 + GST . Comfortable hotel ,no disturbance . Car parking is available . Only problem is they don't have hotel . There are boys in the hotel, if we call them in intercom they will get it from outside and supply . But also a negative point is they don't have restraunt.

Nice location, Very near to Khammam Railway station. Rooms are good. Hotel is looks like good. I feel only one problem that is language. Others wise hotel and its are quite impressive

Good owner, Good place to stay. Need to improve on housekeeping. Staff is not great, need to remind multiple times and sometimes they won't turn up at all.

Value for Money, Top class Ambiences and best Service for cheap price, Very Accessable to all prime locations, Highly Recommend for all sorts of travellers, if you want to enjoy your stay in or around Khammam do stay in this palace.
