Best experience with the hotel staff. Good service given by everyone. Food was excellent. Over all Good hospitality Mr. Waseem take care of everything very nyc. Owner of the Hotel is also good person.

Good place to stay in Srinagar. Very calm place. Though bit away from main road the location is very quiet. The restaurant is fine by its food quality and service.Room service is good. We get a homely feeling there. Happy to recommend to those who want to visit Srinagar.

Rooms are apt and value for money. Just the right size. Good and comfortable beds. Air-conditioned (its summer). We most loved the personal service provided by the staff. Right from the reception desk to the manager and all the staff were kind and courteous. I think this is a virtue that can really make a holiday memorable and this hotel has loads of that virtue. I like to personally recommend Shabir although there were others too who brought a smile to our faces. What this hotel may need to improve upon is on the lack of local cuisine as part of their breakfast or dinner buffet. Also the bathroom could be improved, although warm water was available round the clock. The location of the hotel also leaves much to be desired. But then who cares? The hotel makes up for all their shortcomings with their love and care. Kudos to the management who has laid stress on ensuring that the hotel is all about treating their guests well. I will certainly recommend this place to my friends. My slightly lower rating is only to ensure that the hotel takes more steps to make this the best property in all of Srinagar despite its negligible weaknesses.

I had an incredible experience in valley orchid. The best hotel in Srinagar. Services are very good, food is very good, staff are very good (specially Mr Asif nd Mr waseem), management of the hotel are awesome, Clean and neat hotel, everyone here are polite and friendly including manager.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and their service was very good. Mr Waseem, Manager of Hotel, is very cooperative, helpful, and professional. And all-time well dressed lot of love my side ty sir. Breakfast and dinner were included and were very tasty. I recommend this hotel for your future stay and all the best wishes for them. All other staff members like Mohd Asif ,Basit , and chef are very good.

Cool A very cool place with professional staff, delicious and yummy food worth to spend every single penny. Check in and check out were very smooth by Mr Tauseef and Waseem. Chef Abhishek has Golden hands one must say about his food taste WOW. We had been here from 19/06/23 to 22/06/23 along with family. Overall hotel staff services, food, cleaniness of rooms as well as in reception and other areas is unbelievable, awesome and wonderful.
