Hotel Uma Residency - Hotel in Satna - Satna, India

I'm a MBBS student of Govt Medical College Satna, I ordered Crispy corn from the restaurant of the hotel....and that crispy corn was almost rotten. Is this the way you are serving the healthcare builders of your city? Very bad service......it could even lead to food

One of the worst 3 Star hotel, I had ever stayed. Long list of issues, Dirty Rooms, Broken Air condition systems, No hot water, Elevator Buttons broken, Limited option in breakfast, Bed Sheets and Pillow covers are dirty, yellow with stains, Smoking and Drinking allowed with open doors in hotel room is not exactly you want when visiting with Family. Only good thing Owner was nice and changed room twice but overall my recommendation is to avoid this Hotel.

Slow and poor service, for every complaint they have only solution- change the room, and you wrap up everything move into another room and do it again and again. AC leaking water inside room, washroom doors won't close, amenties are not provided, unless you call and then wait and then reach to the reception personally. Food is pathetic. They don't even know how to make an omelette. For that price, they don't have a fitness center, no bathtub, washrooms are small, lift is broken, no room service at all, unless you walk down to reception for every single thing. Location is not good, you can't even find a medical store easily.

Its is one of the best hotels in satna room are alright service is awesome and location is nearby railway station they have complimentary pick and drop from railway station i have reached around 1 pm at night and they did send their hotels cab their breakfast i would needs to be change and they don't provide much options i will upload pics also i had dinner which also needs to be relook else their response time and service is awesome

Even after booking room with Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner, they have limited breakfast option and the main part is they only provide a veg thali which they call them as deluxe thali which is basically a mini veg thali which has 2 small veg bhaji, small quantity of rice and ride and one nan roti (My recommendation is you should not opt for meal since they have limited quantity with no option)and Room not clean properly, Lift Fan doesn't work, Charge for a even water bottle given at the time of dinner from there side.

Tthe hotel stay was comfortable and the staff and management have ensured spot clean rooms, linen, washroom etc. Service was also super fast . Reception staff also were very helpful . Overall I would rate my stay as super awesome. Thanks

I went there to have food I loved it I hope this will be the same always .
