Had a terrible experience. Wanted to repair domestic treadmill in hyderabad. However the sent technician was very incompetent and had damaged the fittings. Further he did not have complete idea about the items(bearings) to be changed and was also asking high prices for the supposed to be changed items. On further questioning he was rude and made false allegations. For all this headache had to pay Rs 950.

I have purchased an urban terrain1000 gear cycle through Amazone.. I have opted for a technician to do this get assembled. Within 2 days they had arrived and assembled it in few minutes and made it functional. After riding few kilometers I have faced some problems ( not major)and I have complained about the problem with the authorities. They have responded and resolved it through the same technician (ANSHAD) am really satisfied with the authorities and the person who have resolved the problem in time
