This is not a 4 star hotel by any means. We were horrified when we saw the room that we paid a hefty amount for. The wooden floor in the room is poorly maintained. It was not cleaned properly. If you walk barefoot on it, you'd get your feet dirty. Linen on the bed was also not clean enough. The lamps in the room were removed. The tv didn't switch off completely at night as a constant black lit screen was on. The bathroom was the worst. If you take a shower then it was kind of flooding the whole bathroom so there was definite known leakage. Even after this they are alloting these rooms. Breakfast was mediocre at best. They gave only one 500ml water bottle for two guests. Each subsequent bottle was charged at 95 rs. Please don't book this one. Avoid at all costs. There are better hotels at half the price. Don't fall for the 4 star trap

I choose to book a night's stay by looking at the review. But during my stay I found that the location of the hotel is good however the room is in pathetic shape and needs renovation badly. No table in room, electric kettle not working, water clogging in washroom and room service was super bad as well. Menu is overly priced ( example- 120 rupees+ taxes for a glass of milk,150 ml approx). The receptionist was pushing me (others as well) to rate 5 star, then I understood why the rating is 4 star. In true sense it should be not more than 2.5 star. Please re-think before booking.

Overall service was bad and slow. To begin with, room AC was not working. Second, toilet flush was not working. Third, when we tried to raise a complaint, it was rather disregarded. I would not recommend this to anyone. Property is old and definitely need maintenance. Menu is overpriced which neither resonates with property condition nor service. Anyone can find better hotel on similar prices.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found that there is room for improvement in terms of the quality of the hotel rooms. The room I stayed in was not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, considering the price, the quality of the food served at the hotel restaurant was not satisfactory. However, I must commend the staff, particularly Rohit, for their exceptional professionalism and courteous behavior. Despite the shortcomings in other areas, the professionalism displayed by the staff, especially Rohit, made my stay a bit more comfortable. Their dedication and helpfulness did not go unnoticed, and I appreciate their efforts.

We booked 2 rooms for our family after seeing the snaps and very attractive photographs on online portal. We had very awful experience in terms of services and facilities . To start with, we were given a very shabby room as usual which is the common tendency for online bookings. After a long argument we were offered a better room which was below our expectations. In nutshell I will not recommend this property. One can have a better options available. It was my experience so I am sharing. Nothing personal. The owners of this property are not bothering about the pethatic condition of this hotel. I wish I could attach the snaps which I clicked during my stay.

Overall had a wonderful experience, keeping the rooms and everything aside the breakfast buffet was amazing. As a whole I want to take time out to appreciate our host Dolly, who served us during the breakfast buffet. She is a perfect example of serving hospitality. She made sure the extra food that we request was served and was of notch quality.

Google labels it as a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it resembles more of a basic lodge with essential amenities. The only positive aspect is its location; however, the rooms are outdated and poorly maintained, lacking any recent repairs or upkeep. As soon as you enter the room, you feel a Broken wooden floor and insanitary washroom. To my utter surprise, the reception staff mentioned this being a luxury room. The staff appears indifferent with no regard for customer service, barely meeting the minimum standards. The breakfast was less than mediocre with very less variety and you need to be prepared to wait forever if you make a specific order for Dosa or omelet's that too on poor taste. Additionally, an uncomfortable call about spa services right after check-in added to the overall unpleasant experience. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

DONOT GO WITH THEIR 4STAR. It's totally a rip-off place with mold all around in the rooms and bathrooms of 4th floor. It is difficult to breathe because of no ventilation in the bathroom as well as no windows in the bedroom. But they charge you the same as other decent places in the market.
