Would definitely recommend this hotel as I and family had a very good experience in here. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, organized. Staff was really helpful. And especially about the powercut problems of kashmir that we had heard a lot about, but we didn't face much of issue as they did have back-up.
Location is really good and food of Nathus rasoi very good, not found such food in Mumbai also. One of the best restaurant serving only veg food.
Decent place but only wish the staff was more kinder and strived to please their customers. Around 3 hours after checkout, requested for a room just for 2 mins for a quick change. The guy at the reception was so rude the way he handled it and that just ruined the experience of staying there. He could have been more polite while refusing us.
Customer friendly Service. More specifically the Restaurant Manager Mr. Ferroz gave my Coffee replaced as it previously served it with Sugar. I ordered it without Sugar. Staff is also extremely polite. Coffee was extremely good
Sorry to say worst experience. Food price extremely high, people who foodie lover this place is not for you. Food quality not justified the price. Very limited Manu.
Only 3-4 dishes good. Take money just for the theme of the restaurant and AC. Not recommended to eat specially in this nathus Rasoi.

I am currently staying at this hotel. Geyser is not working in room and their is no ceiling fan. Just one small wall fan which is not sufficient. Their is no manager to resolve our issues also from last 2 hrs.
