The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. F&b outlet was neat and clean. Food was awesome.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Trinity grand.
Nice hotel for the stay. Also Food and service is also amazing.
So I stayed here for a day.
The ambience is Delightful. Food is very nice. Room are big but the Toilet Smells. Alot.
Wifi doesn't work. The Service Quality is not upto the mark. I had to keep calling the reception again and again for every task.
Come for the food and not to stay. Not worth it.

They claim as 4* hotel and charge accordingly.
Now have a look at this:
1. After check in found the white bed linen with numerous spots, had to change the linen.
2. They have a pool on the top floor, operating only between 7.30 am to 10.30 am. The water not at all clean, and if you are planning to use the pool you have to inform the reception one day prior.
3. Their driver room was full of bed bugs and they charge 200 approax for that. My driver couldn't spent a minute over there.
4. Food is just okay with limited option in buffet.
5. Glass windows in room are so hazy, that you can barely see the outside.
6. Wi-Fi is not good at all, so if are planning to do something over internet, have your own data.
7. The hotel is located beside a highway with trucks all the time, it's very dusty outside
8. Though our trip was planned for a week, we could withstand this place only a night. The very next morning we have to change the hotel.
Manager to staff requires experience. The cleanliness of rooms very bad. Flooring isn't good
No hot water ever at this property, in spite so several intimation. Whole team is aware of this but never rectifiers it
they didn't permitted our kids to use swimming pool and manager talks toooooo roudly. pool timing only 7.30 to 10.30 in the morning
