Hotel Trinity East - Hotel in Dimapur - Dimapur, India

I enjoyed my stay, although the lift wasn't working that was a inconvenience having rooms on the 3rd floor. But I really appreciate their services, Very gentle and considerate. Unlike many hi priced hotels of this region. Just the disappointment is the rooms don't have ample ventilation. Can't even smoke inside the room because of that, also in summers it gets more hot if u r staying in non AC rooms.

Only advantage is its location near railway station. Facilities are below zero. You don't get a helper to drop your luggage, worst thing is you have to climb all the way through stairs as the elevator is dead for more than 1 year or so. Zero hospitality. Rooms are smelly, towels served dirty, late response from staff. Its like a gully hotel. Do check for HOTEL ACACIA or HOTEL CEDAR.

Great room, great service, food was delicious. Receptionist was kind. Just the AC could be better, it was switching off regularly in the midst of dimapur's humid heat. Overall it was great experience. Thanks so much

It was a good experience to have stayed in this hotel for a few days in dimapur. Located just nearby the bus point and the railway station, market area, it is ideal for one to book this hotel. Also, the room and amenities are well maintained. The staff is very kind and helpful. If only the noise from the neighbouring dance club could be controlled at late nights, it would be so much more better. Overall, its a wonderful hotel to stay at. I am sure they are even coming up with an open air restro bar which will hopefully add to the appeal.

Hotel didn't accept our booking stating the booking amount being low. We waited for nearly 2 hour to get it sorted. It was 10 at night, I was sick and we traveled nearly 6 hours on bad roads so we chose to take a hotel rather than looking around at the rack rate they offered which was 2.5 times the price we had originally booked. the manager lacks any empathy being in hospitality business. We extended our check out by 6 hours to match train timing but still made to pay whole day tariff. So basically we paid 2 days rent for 24 hour stay. In spite of harassment caused to us, there was no consideration given. These guys seriously have to understand hospitality. Lastly to add, rooms were noisy and loud party music can be heard from neighbouring buildings.

The room and bathroom was dirty, but staff are so friendly and their services were very heartwarming, location is best ... it's in half nagarjan road

The place was very close to guwahati railway station so if you are visiting for work you surely stay at this hotel and the hotel service was good. the rooms were little congested and I didn't like the food and the price was also high... the place is located near Paltan Bazar ..

The executive suit as well as the service is awesome. And the food is also very good,the prices is moderate and also they provide quality food as well as quality service. If anyone planning to stay in dimapur,do stay here. I am pleased with their service.
