Clumsy hotel and more clumsy with their policies. Once you have booked the hotel (prepaid), you cannot cancel it even you provide them a medical certificate, which is insane. won't recommend to anyone

Was expecting an experience of a lifetime from a NAGA HOTEL but wasn't quite fulfill what I expected . the location is perfect . As u enter the hotel the front desk great u with a smile but thats the end of all the good things. I was expecting a local touch with the interior but most of it are nothing of What I expected . the place room doesn't provide a good views. The ambience still need to catch up . the room has dust on the table . even the food taste blunt . Maybe I visited on a bad day at the hotel . I hope it's not that way everyday.

Poor service . Not worth of paying AC room. Not really recommended.

Rooms were very good and hygiene. Good staff and they also have there own restaurant in the ground floor but if you order something to eat they take to much time as because they serve you fresh and hot meals. Must visit

The food was pathetic.Comparing to the charges charged they don't offer even a simple tea as complimentary breakfast . Ordered their onion rings but what we got left me speechless.just Onion slices(uneven) dipped in some unknown batter and deep fried.

Service staff were good. Room Condition in average in this price and only cartoon channel was in tv.
