Overall great stay and good experience! Spacious rooms, neat and clean. Sufficient aminities, varity of food items in breakfast.
We stayed at this hotel for 2 days. The rooms were so spacious and luxurious. We were a family of 4 and the room provided for us had two separate rooms within one each room containing a pair of sofas, TV,AC and a double bed. The bathroom was so clean. We had to take a taxi to go to gwalior fort which costed us around Rs. 600 only for waiting and return also.
Very pathetic service. Rooms are great but not the services. Stayed here for 3 nights and not a single day my room was cleaned. Once I had to face water scarcity for almost 3 hours, for which prior notice was for 1 hour.

Food is not good. Negligent chef... undercooked food. The place reeks off a pungent smell of insecticide or pesticides...Had one of the worst headaches of my life just by being there for 3 hours.. worst place to be there if you are with kids who are very naughty.
