First thing that anyone would want to know- Neat and Clean Rooms. I had a view of the fort, it was mesmerizing. The lobby was quiet and peaceful. The washroom equipment does need a little maintenance though. The restaurant on the terrace is big, clean and beautiful. Very well maintained. The food is a little expensive but tasted good. Overall, the experience was good. Minor complaints here and there but its really OK.

I had a worst experience in this hotel i arrived at the hotel at 5 am in the morning. First i got the reception is good but nobody was available the staff is sleeping on the sofa at the reception so i need to wake him up then the room has given to us. When we got into the room it was unhygienic, smelly and even the bedsheets and blankets are also dirty. The walls has tape marks all over. Then when i checked the water for doing brush and all i vomited because the water has petrol in it. In the whole toilet there is a intolerable smell of petrol and when i approached the reception for the same they said there is a nearby petrol pump so the water get mixed with petrol. We cannot do anything about it every hotel nearby this area has the same problem. Then i thought fine. But then i ordered my breakfast a tea and bread butter. Bread has butter applied in just the center part of the bread and in so small amounts then you cannot even taste butter and also the bread was so dry and tea was too sweet. Then i decided to leave the hotel i approached the reception my hotel cost was 1500 per night but i have checked out within 6 hours of stay then also they charged me Rs.1000 even after telling them my problem they didn't bothered and said it's our fault that my full hotel is booked you are the only guest who is having problem with it.

The rooms were clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly.the best thing about this hotel was the view from the rooftop restaurant.its not pricy and delivers the best food.

Rooms are very basic, price according to rooms seems high. Anyway, staff os supportive in every sense. Food is good, super expensive though. View from the terrace is awesome.

I have taken super deluxe room directly going to hotel without booking from online. I got in 2200 super deluxe room without breakfast with three person stay was and near to chitorgarh fort. Tea was okay.

Staff is quite hospitable. Food is ok. Restaurant Skydeck is spacious and has Wonderful view. Parking is on road. Water smells of kerosene. Linen was not clean.

Padmavati hotel and Kumbha Retreat are very close by and belong to the same family. Padmavati is better than Kumbha retreat and both are in the same price range. This hotel has no pool. We booked two rooms for Rs 1500 per night each. Though the same were available on agoda for Rs 1506. The rooms were spacious and toilets were clean. Though the water in the taps was contaminated with diesel. And the health faucet was blocked with salt water. One rooms's keycard was not working. Both room's ACs only functioned at 18C, were difficult to set temperature. The bottled water in the rooms was filled from a cooler. Dinner was nice though the breakfast was limited and consisted of poha(2 plates), chola bhatura (1), 2 coffee, 1 milk, 1cold coffee costed Rs 710. Breakfast service was sluggish.

Best Hotel in Chittorgarh which is nearby Fort and in the City, Mall, Petrol Pump, Have a Famous restaurant name SkyDeck serving delicious food at minimum cost. Have Big Rooms and Clean
