I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff were welcoming and efficient. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. I felt at ease knowing the room was equipped with two heaters. The culinary experience was outstanding. The buffet offered a delightful array of options, and each dish was a testament to the chef's skill and creativity. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality. They were attentive to requests, offered helpful local tips, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring. The proximity to Dal Lake added extra value to my stay. The ambiance of the hotel was inviting, with tasteful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. It provided a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Considering the overall experience, I believe the hotel offers excellent value for money. The quality of service, amenities, and the overall ambiance make it a standout choice. My stay was memorable, and I look forward to returning for another exceptional experience.

the worst hotel I have ever wondered or seen. the behavior of all staff was not acceptable and service was extremely poor. the hotel was not worth it as per the charges. the heaters were not working properly. they are not able to provide jain food so not recommended for jain people. the taste of food was awful. the owner of the hotel has not maintained neither the staff quality nor the staff discipline. cheap management and customer service. I would never recommended this hotel considering the extremely time taking service, poor management, rude staff behavior, etc..

We had a really pleasant stay over here. The hotel is in main tourist area, markets and eateries are nearby and Dal Lake is at a walking distance only. Staff is very polite and courteous. Food is delicious, but breakfast buffet variety needs to be improved.

Grand Mamta is very Close to Dal gate and dal lake area. Hotel is quite good but the Rooms are not upgraded from quite sometime. Rooms are not as per the standards of the amount they are charging. Food is Also not great which is understandable. Food can also be better. Staff was courteous, Big shout out to Mansoor the bell boy. Great guy with helpful nature. Just keep up the Good work and all the best for future.

Excellent place, service & food. The location of the hotel is also good. Entire team of staff members is very very humble and co operative. Exceptional service oriented and most humble staff member is Mr. Mudasir Gani Lone - Food and Beverage captain.

Rooms are okay. Location is very good: walkable from the happening Boulevard road. Staff needs a little training: when we asked one of the waiters to serve a dish when it is refilled or serve hot tea during the breakfast buffet, he bluntly replied 'its self service, please take it on your own when it comes '. Eventually we were served by another waiter. Also, their SPA and sauna aren't functional.

Stayed for two nights. Staff is good. Location is good. Rooms are OK above average. Food is average.

Pro: Elevator. That's the biggest pro here if you're accompanied by elderly with walking disability. Location is very central. Most highlights of Srinagar are a 5-10 min drive away. It's very popular so almost all drivers are aware of this hotel hence easy to navigate. Good power back up and hot water supply. Spacious rooms. Cons: Old property. Needs a fresh coat of paint and needs a desperate facelift. The room looks and feels old. other boutique hotels are ahead and more modern.Not a deal breaker. Kitchen: Forget lunch here. I think the staff is on a break and works only for dinner since most guests opt for buffet. the in-house restuarant is empty in lunch hours since guests are out touring. Most items from their menu are not available. we were once handed a paper with the items available instead of the menu. I assume these were left over from the previous night buffet. Dinner time things are better. everything is available and the food is good in taste.
