Actually giving even 1 star to them is not worth. I would bot recommend anyone to stay here. Unclean rooms, bed sheets are washed, bathing towels bot changed, bathroom and room floor is dirty. At the price they are charging, rhere are better hotels around you canbstay in but not here at DMS residency. 3rd Grade services and timepass service staff.
Everything was good. Excellent room and facilities, serviced was prefect. Security staff was also very humble. Only issue with reception. They are not interested to pay my full refund. But overall experience was good.

Total fraud , they charged me extra 2100 rs , means at the time of booking they said, the tarrif will be 1700 per day and when I need checkout they just increased the price and forcefully taken 2100 rs extra , so total for one night I paid them 3800 rs , the receptionist has no manners to talk , he talk very rudely, nonsense people's , i seriously recommend pls don't visit there , they are fraud.
The service is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and there is a large selection of food. . Very good value for money. I heartily recommend!
