Rooms are clean and nice. It's beside Gamharia main road, so location is okey. Average rooms, not premium nor shaggy.

Hotel The Avenue is a recently inaugurated hotel in gamharia located near Balaji furniture....Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff.Laid-back budget hotel with a restaurant. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful.
The hotel charged us extra 600 for the stay although we have paid online through the oyo app. They were not accepting the payment which I paid to oyo. I was helpless to pay extra so that I could stay there as it was raining heavily as well as the oyo customer service was not responding with any kind of solution. Instead they just made me wait for atleast 2 hrs. but then also I didn't get any solution from the customer service executive.
Service is very good and people are very friendly and it is a always a convenient stay here while traveling for work in Jharkhand. I stayed here twice and each time it was a decent experience.

It is good for the price. There was good supply of hot water. The place is under cctv surveillance. The staff was efficient and prompt. Never had to call them twice for anything. Food was also tasty. I had a good experience.

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.
