I was very impressed by the quality of service and amenities. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the railway station. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance and a good menu. I would highly recommend the Grand Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the city.
I had food at their restaurant. It's delicious and the staff over here are very decent and polite. Nice hotel with lots of amenities like a swimming pool, bar counter. Here are only veg options available. You can enjoy your weekend here. They must create a beautiful and relaxing environment. They are located on a new highway road.
Good hotel in small city Katni. Size of hall is very good, garden size is very sufficient, only parking and reception were not up to the mark. Very far away from katni s station, local transportation auto rickshaws are very difficult to get from this hotel.
I asked for minor decorations but they were charging thousand rupees maybe just for two balloons. This sounds little ridiculous. The customer going to pay more than 3 to 4000 in dining bills yet the hotel cannot do the decoration for customers that is going to cost them not more than hundred rupees. Overall the service was Good. the staff is cooperative. The food is kind of okay.
Over All My Stay for a Wedding Shoot it's Good . The reception View is first impression of the Hotel , I liked it. Sapphire banquet, Lotus Hall and a Grand Swimming Pool area is the very Convinced for the occasion & Celebration.

When I saw the entrance of the hotel, I was surprised at first, and when we went inside of the hotel, I was surprised again. For two days, I was very impressed and I thought a lot in positive ways. I always had a desire to visit again and I wanted to get a hotel like that inn.
