Hotel Thakur Ji - Hotel in Haridwar - Haridwar, India

I booked this hotel for my family. Recently my family stayed at Hotal Thakur and was extremely disappointed with their experience. First of all, the service was terrible - the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. When they checked in, they was shocked to find that there was no water in the bathroom, and when they asked about it, the staff didn't seem to care. To make matters worse, they denied that they had booked an AC room, even though they had proof of my booking. The room itself was incredibly small and cramped, and when my family asked for an extra bed as I had booked, they refused to provide one. When I raised these issues with the staff, they asked me for the name of the person I had spoken to at the time of booking - as if that was my responsibility to remember! Overall, I would not recommend Hotal Thakur to anyone. The poor service, lack of basic amenities, and unhelpful staff made for a terrible experience that I won't soon forget. I would like to request that all online booking websites refrain from listing such hotels on their platforms. It is important to prioritize the safety and satisfaction of customers and ensure that they have access to quality accommodations during their travels. There is no option of minus rating, I would give minus rating to this hotel.

Very non sence behaviour of hotel staff. Only go to this place when you have no other option in haridwar. Staff is too harrassed and also not ready to listen to their customer.

Hotel Thakur ji is very good to stay, the staff is also very good, there is discipline in the staff, nice rooms, lift is also available for old people, in the middle of the city, near the railway station, car and bike parking There is also an area from which the vehicles of passengers will not remain on the road.

Clean rooms elevator power backup and travel desk also in this property. I booked taxi for do dham yatra and Mussoorie sightseeing. just near about 300 meters from haridwar bus stand and railway station.

Travel with my family . Staff is very rude . I will never go to this hotel . Specially Mukesh working in this hotel . He is very rude and uncivilized

My review is based on three things as below:1. Staff behaviour special thanks to Mr. Negi Ji. He is very gentle person and good host.2. Neat and Clean room.3. Near to Bus stand and Har ki podi.Best for family and business stay.

Value for money. Good and helpful staff. Location is little problem due to congested narrow street. But my car reached there with the help of google map. They provide me free parking too and free accommodation for my driver. Thats why I called this hotel value for money.
