Centrally located. Good hotel. Neat and clean. Rooms are good spacious. Hotel is safe. Staffs are cooperative wellbehaved. Problem is shortage of staffs. So service is slow. Though one can have ample opportunities to eat outside. It's a good family hotel for stay.

I spent one day at the hotel Taj Heritage and it was beautiful. The hotel is close to the Taj Mahal and also close to many restaurants and shops. The service is perfect and you can take some good rest Veeru the reception manager was really helpful and nice. Super suggested!
Taj Heritage is the worst Hotel ever, The Owner & staff are frauds, they are so Cheap that they Charge for AC Room & switch of the MCB so that you are not able to Use it. Staff is Cheap & Rude, Manager / Owner is also a Big Fraud & supports their rude staff. NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS FRAUD, RUDE, STUPID HOTEL.
