Stay was comfortable as owner is hard working but staff is not that good. Food was average to lower side. When had breakfast no staff to service food, also casseroles were empty. When checking out no staff to pick the luggage even calling reception couple of times.

Extremely poor service and hospitality . There was loud construction work going on for hours for the entire period of my stay and despite being asked several times they did not stop the work. Walls are extremely dirty , Tv satellite not working properly due to damaged wires . The AC not working properly. No toiletries. Dirty towels . The worst part , it was like living on a construction site. They should not accept bookings while constructing and if they do they should listen to the customers . Could not rest properly. Worst experience. Very unprofessional. The manager was rude .

Pickup facility available from busstop and station Cons 1. No drop off facility 2. Construction was going on which results in a lot of noise 3. Hot water facility is available but no reliability even though it says 24 hour hot water 4. Some rooms have damped walls
very poor hotel. they didn't provide any room service. ac wasn't working. bed sheets were very dirty. dirty bathrooms. I had booked hotel 20 days ago but at the time of check-in they first told us that they didn't get booking. how ridiculous it was! after that they showed us 3 different types of rooms. then they gave us 2 rooms at different floors. very disappointed. never book this hotel again.
