Hotel Swagat - Hotel in Dhubri - Dhubri, India

This is a review of the Restuarant. I was recently at the restaurant with my family. The ambiance and taste of food was good, no disappointment on that. What I was highly disappointed was at the quantity of food being served. I would say that the menu is tad overpriced but that would have been justified if the quantity of the food was apt. 400Rs plate of 4 small pieces of chicken. 200Rs plate of starter served on small plate. The restaurant seriously needs to reconsider the portion size, the quantity of food served are signs of a greedy restaurant. Overall, great food. Great selection on the menu but the quantity of the food is a disappointment. 3 stars out of 5.

Surprisingly well managed. The smallest rooms are too small. The slightly higher priced rooms are very worth it. On the whole very good and well run for a relatively small town. Breakfast could be better.

The food was not worth the price. They served very little amount of food. The chicken was hard and it felt like it has been frozen since the last few days. In this price,one can easily get amazing food and service in other places of Dhubri town. Not visiting again.

Pretty poor service including no variety in breakfast. Compared to the amount charged, facilities are quite poor. Waiting for food for 45 mins

Hotel Room is good. AC is not good. Very poor cooling. Bathroom is very small. Geyser facility is not there. Staff behaviour is average. Breakfast is poor. Very less options are there in breakfast. Less nos. Of staffs.

Hi I was booked Hotel on 15may through corporate but this hotel appointed unprofessional Staffs specially Manager who not have any Idea about This Hotel hospitality industry and he is too rude n arogent with customer, only for this type of staffs this Hotel value is going down, I suggest all to not book this hotel n u get so many other good option in Dhubri, Hotel owner must appoint customer care staffs on his hotel on immediat basis, pls noted a business not develop only for best infra or building it's grow how u care ur customers. After my bad experience with this Hotel Manager I cancelled my booking.

The quantity is so less. Don't pay for so much money. You can easily have way better food in this price in other places of dhubri. You guys need to alter the prices. Too expensive and the food isn't worth it

I usually love to visit swagat with my family but recently they served us with biriyani ( packed and to be taken home) .. As soon as I reached home and opened the package, it smelled terribly bad.. so stinky and noisome. I wonder if really they had cooked it that day or the previous day. We gave it to the stray dogs.. should not do that with regular customer like us... Hope the management will apologize
