Hotel Sutrupti, Best budget hotel in Bhubaneswar - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Best place for travel and break for rest. Close to railway station and wonderful amenities. Happy with the room service and delicious food. Enjoyed with family and friends.

1. The hotel has another building after 3 blocks without a name plate or any description of the hotel. 2. The receptionist at the 2nd building is hardly present, if present he is either snoring on the couch or intruding in your personal space. 3. The cleaning staff never showed up in my 8 days of stay. 4. No regular supply of basic needs like drinking water on time 5. On asking to send the cleaning staff, the receptionist said they have a spare key and they will clean it. Since I am out the whole day, I requested them to clean in my presence for which he asked me to drop the key and go so they I'll clean. I told them I will be available from 12-4pm but he said that's their lunch time(4hrs lunch time?) 6. One day, I observed that someone had come into my room in my absence. And it happened again two days later. On raising the issue with the main receptionist, I found out they were not aware that someone was entering the room in my absence. The reason the receptionist said was they wanted to check if the TV was functioning. My concerns - 1. The hotel has two buildings which are not mentioned on the internet. 2. The receptionist at the 2nd building is unprofessional. 3. Basic needs are not provided on time. 4. Last and most devastating, the staff intruded into the room in spite of telling them to come in my presence, and this happened twice. 5. The cleaning staff can't come in my presence but they can enter without informing me just to check the tv cable when I never complain about it? This shows they have either taken the customers for granted or their intentions are not right. Please keep my experience in mind before anyone books a room in this hotel

First and foremost, the staff at Hotel sutrupti were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I had all the information I needed for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were good clean and well maintained. The staff was good and well behaved.

The stay at the hotel Sutrupti was below to my exception. Bathroom was too small, even after opening the door you can not reach to the wash basin. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. With this price range we might get a better hotel in Bhubaneswar.
