A typical hotel that you can imagine in tourist spot with average room with untidy bathroom. Very few charging points (couple of them were there for which you have to place your device over charger). Budget friendly. No view from room. Will recommended for stay without females only (budget friendly boys trip).
The location resides away from the main road but not far. Cleaning is ok but room prices are littlehigh as per rooms but got the discount. Service is not much..consider it as a lodge type stay, no food. Overall a good stay but can be better.
Its okay okay stay.. little bit issues here and their.. water heater was not working.. not so clean rooms. But overall it was okay.

Recently stayed at Hotel for 2 days. The Owner of Hotel, Reception Team & Staff was very much Co-operative & were dedicated to serve Customer First Hotel Rooms are neat & Clean. Food Facility is not available at Hotel but multiple options are available nearby.
The rooms are small but clean . The hotel is a kind of homestay. The reception guy and manager are welcoming. Although they charged us little overpriced.
Okk, let's do this... This is the best affordable rental accomodation we had found in Rishikesh.. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. This was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in uttarakhand. Thanks for making our visit to Devbhoomi a memorable one. I do recommend to all of the visitors give it a try. U wouldn't regret...
The Hotel Staff was very nice and we had a good stay before leaving for Mussoorie. We also got amazing support in tips for local sight seeing. The manager Mr. Kushagra was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this budget property.
