Location was good. Well maintained rooms. Service was excellent. I am deducting 1 star only because your food rates are too high. Pls adjust the rates a bit. Must try this hotel. It's really good.
Please try to avoid this hotel this is my humble request one of the worst decisions to book this hotel Plz try to avoid they scammed us and didn't return our advance even when we cancelled the hotel as rooms were soo bad as compare to pictures!!!!! So plz avoid it
Very very near to Har-Ki-Pauri ghaat. Hotel rooms are nice and clean and price is also very much affordable. Food is also very good. Service is a bit slow but the quality of the food is compensating. Overall a nice experience. I stayed in this hotel twice. Both were very memorable experience.
The staffs were so so so good and humble. Extremely down to earth and polite. The location is on point. Since I'm a bengali, Dada boudi restaurant is just few walking steps so it's a win win for me. All in all, book this one for a nice and quiet stay
Very pathetic room service. We booked hotel at 1700 per room per night but at time if check out manager asked for 2500 which they made us pay very aggresively and rudely. So i would suggest pls visit other hotels ALpana, Namami Gange etc. Very rude and pathetic behaviour.. I would not recommend this hotel at all..
Only the positive things is it is near of har ki pauri.. And in the center of market.. But cleanness and other things big zero... Best for couple.. And if you are with family and want to use few hours then best choice
Room is neat and clean. AC is in a good condition. The staffs are extremely courteous and helpful. They gave me a printout also from the reception which was of importance to me and the wifi is also very good with a strong connectivity. Har ki Pauri ghat is 10 minutes from the hotel and the station is also near as well
Pathetic experience. The location is good but it's totally not worth staying in the cramped rooms of this hotel. We stayed in a Super Deluxe room after paying 2.8k. On website they claimed a lot of things but nothing was provided except a cheap quality 2 buck 'soap' and a towel. The balcony is useless because it was facing the wall of another building and there was no view other than backsides of complexes and mesh of electrical wires. On website they mentioned total area to be 220 sq feet. The floor area of room was 10*12 at max. Balcony was useless. Washroom was decent. There was geyser but not in working condition. AC had no remote but was working. This was probably one of the worst hotels i stayed in. Hotel staff members were decent. They didn't offer to carry the luggage until last flight of 3rd storey because the lift was not working, they didn't provide a washroom kit even when we requested for it (we had to go buy stuff from the market eventually) but they were polite.
