Very Poor Service. Rooms are not well maintained. Food quality is low. Doesn't honour commitment. Everyone should avoid
Hotel is situated insite of road. Its position is very good. It's rooms well decorated but not well maintain. Sometimes rooms and corridor are little darky.... Less lights. But it's safe for all.
Hotel is good but staff behavior is vary bad.
1) After 10:30am breakfast is not have as per hotel staff.
2) hotel bathroom is vary bad shower is not working properly.
3) hotel room is not clear.

There is no option of giving Zero star though they don't deserve that also. Most unprofessional and arogant staffs.
Rooms are very dirty, they don't bother to provide water bottle, toiletries.
To order a food you have to come to ground floor from 5th floor as their intercom is not working and their staff don't have time to pick up call.
This type of hotel should not run their operation.

Every time I ordered my complimentary breakfast they denied and told me that there was no complimentary breakfast in your room as it's 999 room though I paid 1400 (approx) and added complimentary breakfast at the time of booking.
They provided cold braed and a egg that was boiled long ago( as this was also cold).
first they don't provide proper toiletries, after so many arguments provides the same. it was not worth it at all. I'll never suggest anyone Hotel sunshine.
The room is good, but the service quality has to be worked upon. You call the reception from the room asking for something and it takes time to be served.. Friendly staff..
Food is tasty
The reception has to have more staff in the morning to cater to the checkouts. One poor guy cannot handle so many customers at the same time..

Very Bad rooms , the plush was not working, the door handle was broken , the door bell was not working and the bathroom was very dirty and cupboard handle was broken, tv was not working. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE .

Even though it was for a night, we were really pleased with the hospitality and cordial behavior of all staffs from reception to restaurant including room service. The check-in accompanied by welcome drinks and it was quick same as check out.
