Pros being heart of the city. I'm from Chennai and was there for 3 days and found the rooms were very mediocre. Decent enough for family. The hotel is in a crowded market place and the room's carpet has lot of burnt holes probably due to people smoking. Pros being affordable and cab to any part of the city was less than Rs150-200
Hotel sunder one of the honest and caring staff with simple but clean room now converted to Sunder Niwas, as understood hostel for KEM Doctors. Miss you hotel sunder and it's caring staff
One of the Hotel boy is very rude in nature and always threaten guest to complaint to the owner. I don't know his name but he is from latur district and senior here. This is my worst experience. I never expect such behavior fm hotel boys. I will never recommend this hotel for those who needs some freedom and privacy.
The place is overall good but it doesn't provide value for money....
