Interiors of the restaurant was well decorated with bouquet all over. Had ordered veg platter which tasted good . In the main course food was salty but the taste was good a thumbs up for it. Indian breads were good. I particularly loved the taste of tea The table cover was dirty which was disappointing at the outset. The waiters can be trained in grooming and etiquettes.

Very unprofessional staff members! They will ask you for money for the room as and when they see you around! My parents went to stay for 2 days and paid 1 day money in advance... next day in the afternoon when mom dad came back to hotel the staff denied to give room keys and insisted that they make the payment first! To which my father said he will pay the amount at the time of checkout the next day. But the person at the reception denied! Even the owner of the hotel did not listen. Extremely poor experienced faced! Parents then and there decided to leave the hotel without another thought! Worst experience! Worst people! Worst hotel of Chandigarh!

Disappointing Hotel Service Experience Rating: As a guest who recently stayed at this hotel, I was thoroughly disappointed with the level of service provided by the front desk staff. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to accommodate basic requests left a sour taste in my mouth, resulting in an unsatisfactory experience overall. Firstly, the front desk staff's lack of proper communication skills was evident right from the beginning. They were impolite and spoke in an unprofessional manner, failing to address guest queries and concerns in a courteous manner. Their dismissive attitude was far from what one would expect from a reputable establishment. One incident that particularly stood out was their refusal to facilitate the delivery of breakfast to guests' rooms. This service is commonly offered by many hotels as a convenience for guests with certain limitations or preferences. However, when I requested breakfast delivery to my room due to personal circumstances, the staff not only denied my request but also stated that there would be extra charges involved. It was both disappointing and frustrating to be met with such an inflexible response. For a hotel to charge additional fees for breakfast delivery service is uncommon and unreasonable, considering it is an amenity that should be included in the hospitality experience. As per government guidelines we can carry the food from outside , but they refused. As per their timing breakfast starts from 7:30 AM but when i went there for breakfast some of the items was available only rest of they are still preparing and it was 7:50 AM at the clock.

Pathetic behaviour with people who just come to visit. My brother had come to meet for an hour.. The staff at the reception said I didn't inform about his visit and asked for extra 1000 rupees . We were so shocked with such behaviour. Kindly rectify this. I had paid for two rooms. And such behaviour is actually not acceptable . Yes if the person is staying over you should ask for that.. But just for a visit and then the way he demanded for ID was absolutely disgusting. This kind of behaviour is really not acceptable.

It was always a good experience with the hotel n restaurant they were super polite n flexible earlier but minuss nowww because i literally waste my half day to talk to a staff member who is looked after for bookings n all she is super blunt n rude n yes not at all flexible...... its not like they all agree to me then only i will be satisfied but the way of talking was really bad not has behaviour of service industry really bad experience last day it was just like we need them but they don't need the clients.......... Feeling disrespected Poor management

One of the oldest and best hotel. Good location. Nicely managed, testy food ,good service and very reasonable room tarrif. One must visit

We did first bday of my son yesterday, the hotel service was amazing. Snacks and dinner was superb. Best hospitality service I have experienced, all credit goes to Manager Sapna Gill Mam and their entire team. I will recommend the hotel to my friend circle also

I stay at hotel sunbeam one night . Location is so good . You can easily find parking also. Room is so good. We booked a luxury room. Booking process is so smooth you can book on call. Stay was amazing. Complimentary breakast is delicious. Price is so reasonable. Next will defenately. Stay in sunbeam. Staff is also very good. My son enjoy alot there.
