It was a comfortable experience at the Sunbeam Hotel. The owner, Mr. Paras, is extremely genuine & helpful. The staff is very polite and helpful too. This place offers an affordable stay at Banikhet.
It was a pleasant experience, It was near to dalhousie bus stand but has a commute issue problem in overall Dalhousie. Owner is very cooperative, his map explanation helped us slot. He will offer you good spacious room on extra or no payment if available. Toilet was messy & towels, bedsheets, quilts was not cleaned. Amenities was less but they provided us all for deficiencies. Food is okay & staff is helpful. Could improve more on regular feedbacks.

One of the worst hotels i have ever seen. Very poorly maintained rooms. Hot water takes ages to fill a bucket. Door lock not working. Not properly cleaned. Cabinet door making squeaky noise. Very bad experience.
Right from check-in to check-out our experience was very fantastic. Owner is very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are hygienic and washrooms are clean. hotel is value for money. One must say food is really amazing and took care hygeine while preparing. very close to market. Hotel have a cozy ambience. Loved my stay here. must refer.

Good Budget property right infront of Banikhet Bus stand with nearby market and eateries at a walking distance. The owner was very generous to upgrade our 3 nights stay in super deluxe room. Well furnished rooms with all basic amenities and clean bathroom. Staff are well behaved and will look after your requirements be it tea snacks, meals or arrangements for sightseeing. They have their own restaurant serving delicious food. The only reason giving four star is because they had not changed the blanket and pillow covers which they replaced immediately on informing. That was a super quick service from staff. Overall nice experience staying here and recommended stay with family or friends.
Clean and hygienic rooms, great hospitality by uncle ji and the person who's in charge of attending to customers. Need a little bit of improvement here and there. But the entire family was comfortable throughout one night stay that we had.
