It was indeed a great experience in the hotel Mist Wood at Dalhousie. The staff was very caring and helpful. Food was very good and was prepared according to our choice. Breakfast was sumptuous and varied. Hospitality was very good and we will prefer to stay in this hotel when we visit Dalhousie.

Very Accommodating Service. Food is Tasty & Hygienic. Ambiance is Serine. Rooftop is Chill and a Spot for memories. 1 star Removed for Rooms because a little Maintenance and a few bathroom accessories need fixing.

Firstly this hotel in not at all in Dalhousie, it takes half an hour to reach Dalhousie from here. Their generator doesn't work. Order food A La Carte & you will be surprised to hear no and then get option to choose dishes from buffet or have buffet only. I had booking for 4 nights and this was just a single nights experience. I asked the owner to cancel the booking take 2 night charge & refund the rest too rude to talk to hear someone issue or issues with his property. Room with balcony have the next door neighbour peeking in the room no privacy. And as per them the rooms with view have Valley view which was just the opposite road as view. Also while check-in the room was just cleaned but had hairs all around. Ask them for anything basic they don't have it market it closed it will open and we will get it then.

Staff very cooperative, very supportive, enthusiastic to help you out. I gave them 10 out of 10. Things to improve: 1. Parking area need to be cemented. 2. One security gaurd at night near parking area to keep dogs out... Rest great place. And great team.. wish you best for your business

How is it possible for a three star hotel with no hair dryer. Also there were too many house flies flying including inside the room, the power keeps getting cut out too and the hotel smells like generator gasoline, at the time we were staying there.

This is not a Hotel rather worse than a Lodge. No basic Infrastructure available like Power Backup, you will have to stay in Dark Rooms with Dark Washrooms. They don't have Dry Towels to Provide You, No amenities. No View from Hotel Rooms, only surrounded by Old Buildings and no Balcony Attached for View, don't go by the Pictures, these completely mismatch with the reality. Highly disappointed with the stay, its a Nightmare. The Owner and other staff don't bother to listen and understand the issues. Shall not recommend rather request not to even think of Booking. It is not worth a Single Star.

5 star amenities at an affordable price. I stayed in Hotel Mist Wood, Dalhausie from 13/06/23 to 14/06/23 with my family. They provided me a family suite. The hotel is being run under the aegis of Terra Groups of Hotels and Resorts. Whatever, a traveler can think of they serve it all. The rooms are modern and finely decorated with wood. Rooms are ultra clean. Staffs are well trained, well behaved and extremely gentle. atithi devo bhvH (Guest is God) bhaartiiy sNskRti kii phcaan hai / All the staff members of the hotel are truly bearer of these lines. They provided us such a delicious and mouth watering food that we never missed our home's food, and above all they are very particular about the hygien also. The owner of the group is Mr. Gaurav Verma, he is a man of words. Whatever, he has committed he has delivered all. Whatever, he has promised he fulfilled all. Thanks to Mr. Gaurav Verma for planning and providing such a life long memorable trip. I strongly recommend this hotel for a life long memories and experiences.

It was a great experience with Terra Hotels. Staff was on toes and agreed to all the requests made to make our stay memorable and happening.
