Very decent hotel. Location is good. It is in rajbagh area a posh residential area of Srinagar. The rooms are big, only drawback is washroom not maintained. But it justify the price we got room. Service staff is very polite and responsible. I recommend this property looking in economic rate.
The hotel is very good considering price and location. Need Little revamp for washrooms and it will too good property for budget friendly stay. We stayed tgrre for 3 nights and did not face any problem. the tea is very good and domestic staff polite well mannered

As compare to near by motels this one is most cheapest and affordable when it comes to tariffs. Although food quality was not so good but rooms are very spacious and comfortable for staying. Power cut usually happens on odd times and AC doesn't work when you need it the most.
Rooms are not well maintained. Power back up is not upto the mark. Genset is not powered on even during power cuts. Outside view is great, but no so great inside.
