I recently stayed here quite near the airport and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, the service was excellent, and the highlight was undoubtedly the outstanding food. Really good hotel with really good staff for service . Sudipto and Manas were the two staff who really made us feel comfortable and managed everything with utmost care and respect. They made us feel like home and did a commendable job. Overall a good experience for a 2 night stay and food was great. Taste was awesome , we ordered food to our rooms itself all the time. Breakfast was complimentary and was good. We were a group of 19 and they did manage pretty well with the service especially only 2 of them
We booked two rooms for 3-4 days and each had problems... In one room tv wasn't working they kept trying for two days.. the lights were not working too.. no hot water in the morning. Windows fell off of nowhere. The restaurant was so damn noisy. But the staff members were cooperative they heard every time I called to complain although they gave satisfactory service and rooms on the very last day... I almost called them every hour.. the food was amazing no doubt the restaurant staff was very polite and friendly... Just the guests were very noisy and annoying didn't care about other guest's comfort...
