Very horrible experience. There were bed bug. I couldn't sleep whole night. There was very bad smell. I suggest not to go this hotel. There are very well managed other hotels in that area. You deserve better.

There is no doubt that the hotel is good, but the tricks that management of the hotel plays when you book the rooms online are cheap. They only accept online bookings which comes with higher prices on internet. If you book at a lower price you might have to pay an extra amount at the time of check in. So it is best to reach hotel ask them price if it suits you stay there or find an alternative. I saw many people complaining about the reception lady for her rude behaviour, but I didn't find it rude she is just doing her job what she has been instructed to do. At the end no hate to the hotel, my advice if you won't accept the cheap prices from different online hotel booking apps just reach out to them (app's company management) and deregister your hotels to avoid misunderstanding and chaos at your reception.

I have never been so harassed by online hotel booking as this. This is a classic case of online hoax. I had booked a two night stay at this particular hotel. I would be arriving at 6AM and such I had booked almost a day extra as check-in time is at 12 noon and the hotel promised 24 hr check in. Firstly , this is not a hotel ,it is a building under construction and a few floors have portions cleared amidst the rubble for rooms.On arriving,the staff was sleeping and on repeated attempts we couldn't wake him and had to call the security guard to wake him. On showing him my reservation,he told me no rooms are available and after much argument,he refused to help us. His behaviour was rude and threatening and he had no decency to talk to a female guest (me). Soon after, I called the Agoda customer care, after around fifteen minutes they arranged a room which was shabby and non AC even though I had made full payment for a Deluxe AC one. We refused to move in and then they gave us an AC room on the 4th floor. They refused to provide free breakfast already specified in my booking. The rooms are nothing like the misleading pictures on Agoda, the linen is dirty, the staff unduly rude, there is no restaurant attached with the hotel even though their hoarding clearly states they have one and overall this hotel made my stay in Bhubaneswar a horrible affair. The Agoda customer care was not able to provide an amicable resolution and I am truly disappointed in their services.
