Worst stay ever. No proper facilities. Staff are charging very high rates. Room charges are based on the knowledge of the guest. If guest is more aware of pondicherry, they charge less, if guest don't have knowledge about pondicherry, they charge high. geyser is not working. No cleanliness. No proper maintenance.

Worst experience ever. As there is no zero rating I'm giving one star. Living in slum will be better than living in this hotel. They charged 5000 for a room which they called as AC but AC doesn't switch on even, no bulb in bathroom, no water to bath, the bedsheets are also not changed. It was hell living in that for one day. Better cancel the pondi trip than checkin in this hotel
Worst experience of my life.Since there is no possibility of giving zero star i have given 1 star rating. Cons: 1)Worst reception service during booking 2) No lift and narrow small steps 3) Overpriced at 4500. 4)No room service and beds are very dirty. 5)No water supply for bathing.Should use a comode tap. 6)No bulb in bathroom 7)AC is not working. 8)Bed is having nails pointing outside near head very dangerous. I recommend cancelling your trip than boarding in this hotel. This is firsttime I saw such a worst hotel in my life.
