Unhygienic and staffs are I'll manners. Started arguing with me for facilitating. No intercom, stains in bedsheet and pillow cover , towels. Taking charges extra for water. TV not working etc. But charges are taken full Rs. 2500/-
Very bad service. No fresh water. Room service is very very poor. No one should stay there even for one hour
There are no facilities and they unneccessarily charge 3k per night but the rooms are just worthy of 1k . Worst experience . Do not prefer . There are many other hotels with better rooms for around 2k

Few double bed rooms are so small, those rooms are very congested. Rating as per categories-
Cleanliness - 4 star - as it's new
Service - 2 star - very slow service
Food -3 star - good food but mostly without salt
Food preparation-2 star- again very slow service
Breakfast, lunch & dinner timing - not on time
Staff members- 3 star - no synchronization among them, one will say 'oky will provide the same' while other one will say 'we don't have such facilities'.
Tour packages- 4 star - good vehicle provided for the tour at affordable price. If you are new to this place & want to explore Agartala tourism, must go with their tour packages.
Location of the hotel is good- road side, nearby- restaurant, ATM, pharmacy, tea stalls, etc.
Oyo should really focus on these basic things. This hotel lacks in professionalism.
I am bound to give 1 star due to mismanagement of hotel and oyo. I booked hotel on oyo at a discount price of Rs 899 but hotelier initially denied to check in me over phone but later when I communicated with oyo they said hotelier will not allow my checkin so you take your refund. After some time oyo called me and said hotelier agreed to check in me. Ok upto this it was fine. But when I went to hotel the receptionist again denied my check in but when I said all the story she called hotelier and they finally agreed to give me a saver room but my booking was in double classic. I was totally tired so I agreed with their proposal. Later on I found AC was not working so I called receptionist and asked for remote that was missing. She replied we can not give you AC facility. But later on she gave me remote. After seeing all this I did not feel like asking complementary breakfast as I was feeling they are not happy with my booking and also it was insult for me. Although hotelier and receptionist were polite while talking but please stop this mismanagement .
Good place to stay. But I think prices are little bit high. Staff behaviour and other services are well maintained.
Worst experience with this hotel . Rude and insulting behaviour of receptionist . I went to hotel of asking room . He was talking with his partner on phone . At first I waited here for 5 min after that I asked him for the room but he didn't care about it and continue to talk with his partner/friends . This behaviour of ignorance is very insulting . This hotel should change this receptionist . And he saying to his friends/partner about hotel that he is paid 7k which can't fulfill his need etc and lot more . This types of people should be fired as soon as u can.
