It's the worst hotel I've visited. Ill maintained rooms and bathrooms. It was like nobody stayed there for atleast 5 years.Sanitary fittings are another nightmare. One of the rooms we've booked had a broken WC. Most of the bathroom locks were not working properly. Shower was leaking to the ceiling. AC vents are there but not working in some rooms. Drinking water they've given was not safe for drinking. When we've complained about the bathroom door lock, the care taker tried to fool us by convincing it's the system in goa to not having proper bathroom locks!!

OYO is fooling customers by showing high definition pics of this hotel. Rooms and hotel disappoint you at the time to see it first time. reception staff is cold and they even don't know what customer greeting is. Lady at reception was like she is doing some govt. job. if you are staying with family don't expect soaps , towels ,shampoo etc. they don't provide the basic facilities in room. rooms are small , TV has poor reception so nothing is visible , taps are leaking ,bathrooms are smelling. Don't just go by the pics shared by various websites....
We haven taken the Delux suite n Hotel is good ; neat. But facility is poor. Bf not provided by staff inspite of chargin. Make my trip shows d availibity of rooms n hotel staff says rooms are full.. For jus spendin night hotel is good.
Very worst experience...black ants, cockroaches, lizards, mosquitoes, dogs, everything you hate ...rooms were cleaned I think one year ago...brown dirty water for bath and wash...no swimming pool because it was also not cleaned... So no any other facilities like pool, restaurant, hangout places...remote location at night u can't go outside for even walk...lights gone for long time... Plz it's my request don't go there if they offer u at free of cost
The room is quite gud, service is excellent,the staff over there is very helpful,they will listen to you, do everything what you will tell them.. Since its in remote area so the place is very quite and have a swimming pool also.. Since the hotel is in remote area so the hotel is not being maintained that much..looks like old from outside,but interior is gud, overall satisfied with the hospitality, if i had to visit again, surely will stay over here only.
